A Trip To The Trafford Centre

*disclaimer* This blog post is most likely going to be quite a short one due to the lack of photographs that I took whilst at the Trafford Centre, so apologies in advance. However, I still wanted to share the photos that I did take, so I hope you enjoy.

On a rainy Monday morning, my mum and I decided to take a trip to the Trafford Centre for something to do. My main aim was to try and find some new gym clothes because my current gym kit is extremely dull and boring, so in hopes of motivating me to go to the gym more often, I purchased a more fun looking gym kit (woo!) I did have a little peruse of other shops there like Topshop but I was really disappointed with what they had in so I didn't end up buying anything else.

Marks & Spencers flower arrangements are the prettiest things I've ever seen!

I've been eying up this matching bralet and knicker set from PINK by Victoria's Secret on their website for absolutely ages now, and as soon as I saw them in the store there was no doubt about me not buying them. I did originally want the 'neon lemon' coloured bralet but unfortunately they were completely out of stock, so I kept it simple and bought the grey and black one. The main reason why I wanted the bralet was for to wear to the gym over a sports bra with a loose fitting vest top, which I also purchased from PINK.

Recent Loves

As my first official post, I thought as a way of easing into blogging would be by showing all of my recent favourites and things that I have been loving over the past couple of months.

1. Naked 1 & Naked 2 palette - my holy grails! Highly recommend if you haven't tried either of them. Obsessed!
2. Bobbi Brown highlighter - definitely on the pricer end but I've used it every day from this past christmas and I've not even hit pan yet. It gives you a really lovely glow to your face which isn't super shimmery -vital for me when looking for a highlighter.
3. Benefit They're Real mascara - just amazing. That is all.

4. Topshop ear cuff (can't find the link for, sorry!) - I feel like Topshop have upped their game with their jewellery recently, especially with their sterling silver range. I've never been a big fan of multiple ear piercings (probably because I'm terrified of needles), but no one needs to know that it's fake right?

5. Miss Selfridge cut out healed boots - These boots are perfect to wear with anything during the summer, from skirts and dresses to jeans. Plus, they are super comfortable and very different from all the black pair of shoes that I own.

6. Birkenstocks - I was definitely skeptical about these shoes at first because they reminded me of old people (sorry to offend haha). Plus, I had bad memories of them when I was younger because I owned a silver metallic pair and they cut my feet up very badly. But after purchasing and pairing them with different outfits, I've completely fallen in love. They are definitely my go-to summer shoe. If you're thinking of investing in a pair, I'd go for a size smaller than what you are because they do come up quite big.

7. Macbook Air - My new love.

Introduction: Hi, hello!

I'm Grace Stonier, I am 18 years of age and currently living in Manchester, England. In the future, I aspire to become apart of the fashion industry as it has always intrigued me. I've been wanting to write a blog for a long time now, and as I've just finished my A-Levels and have all of the summer, now seems like the perfect time to start - plus, I read blogs on a daily basis, so why not give it a shot and set up my own?

My blog will mainly consist of fashion related topics, however it will be widely lifestyle based about anything at all, from what my favourite trends are to trips and places that I have been to.

I really hope you enjoy reading my blog!
